Recently had the honor of shooting a young, emerging HipHop artist Suave Cummings, of DrumMajorsATL.  Suave is a beat producer; so his product focus is soley on producing hot musical tracks for the HipHop industry.  Like most of my portrait and editorial shoots, this was shot on location.

Football action between the local middle school Colts and Patriots

I stood in awe watching this cowboy effortlessly exert command and control of several beautiful horses.

Found this digging through some of my old architecture shots. I love to shoot Architecture with wide glass as these corporate buildings appear to reach skyward.

Log cabin spends it’s last years storing things that man can’t seem to let go.

The last time I shot this barn, I had a Canon Rebel (a nostalgic sigh) and Tamron 17-50.  It was nice to visit the old barn again, and to find that it has not yet crumbled into oblivion.

I’m normally not  a tripod shooter, and only do so  when I have an opportunity (and I’m not too lazy) to do some multiple exposure brackets from my 5DMarkII.  Using a Tripod, and PromoteControl bracketing controller, I capture a 9 exposure set using .7EV stepping.  When you have the PromoteControl, why go stingy on the number of exposures?

Post Processing work consisted of some heavy Photoshop work.  My favorite tools (not in order of use) are noise cleanup, dodging and burning, clone stamping, healing brush, levels, filters and a touch of Lucis.
